150 Tech Professionals Build AI Solutions to Improve Healthcare Access and Efficiency at API Holdings

Conducted in collaboration with Amazon Web Services (AWS), the 30-hour innovation challenge brought together more than 150 technology professionals across 35 teams to develop AI-powered solutions aimed at improving healthcare accessibility, operational efficiency and digital innovation. Three winning solutions are now being fast-tracked for integration into API Holdings' product and business roadmap.

With AI continuing to reshape the healthcare landscape, HackEasy Season 3 served as a platform for employees to build practical, scalable solutions addressing real-world business and healthcare challenges. This initiative reflects the continued investment of API Holdings in fostering innovation and leveraging emerging technologies for improving efficiency, accelerate decision-making, and enhance patient and customer experiences across its healthcare ecosystem. Some of the examples of winning AI solutions from HackEasy Season 3 are AI Voice Agent for Order Placement, Whatsapp Order bot for Chemists, AI Agentic Development Workflow & Supply chain optimization.
