آرٹیکل 370 ہٹانے پر سپریم کورٹ کا مرکز کو نوٹس، اکتوبر میں سبھی عرضیوں پر سماعت

 نئی دہلی 28/اگستؐ28/اگست ۔ جموں وکشمیر سے آئین کے آرٹیکل 370 ہٹائے جانے پر سپریم کورٹ نے مرکزی حکومت کو نوٹس جاری کیا ہے۔ مودی حکومت کو 7 دنوں کے اندر اس نوٹس کا جواب دینا ہے۔ عدالت عظمیٰ آرٹیکل 370 کو لے کر دائر سبھی عرضیوں پر اکتوبر کے پہلے ہفتہ سے سماعت کرے گی۔
جموں وکشمیر کو خصوصی درجہ دینے والے آئین کے آرٹیکل 370 کو ہٹائے جانے کے خلاف سپریم کورٹ میں الگ الگ 10 عرضیاں دائر کی گئی ہیں۔ آج ان عرضیوں پر ایک ساتھ سماعت ہونی تھی، لیکن اب چیف جسٹس آف انڈیا رنجن گوگوئی کی زیر صدارت پانچ ججوں کی آئینی بینچ ان عرضیوں پر اکتوبر سے سماعت کرے گی ۔   سپریم کورٹ نے اس سے پہلے کشمیر میں عائد تمام پابندیوں کو لے کر بڑا حکم دیا۔ سی جے آئی رنجن گوگوئی نے کہا کہ ہندوستان کے شہری کے طور پر ہر انسان کو ملک کے کسی بھی حصہ میں گھومنے پھرنے کی آزادی ہے۔ بتا دیں کہ کچھ دن پہلے عدالت عظمیٰ نے کہا تھا کہ کشمیر میں حالات ٹھیک کرنے کے لئے عدالت حکومت کو کچھ اور وقت دینا چاہتی ہے۔
سپریم کورٹ نے بایاں محاذ کے لیڈر سیتارام یچوری کو بھی سری نگر جانے کی اجازت دے دی ہے۔ یچوری نے اپنے رکن اسمبلی ایم وائی تاریگامی سے ملنے کی اجازت مانگی تھی۔ اس پر چیف جسٹس نے کہا کہ ہم آپ کو آپ کے دوست سے ملنے کی اجازت دیں گے۔ لیکن اس دوران آپ کچھ اور کام نہیں کر پائیں گے ۔
